CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking an appointment online, a credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. You may choose to use this card at checkout when you complete your appointment, or you may choose another form of payment at that time. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show, the card on file will be charged 50% of the total cost of services reserved. In the event of multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows within a 12 month period, a deposit of up to 100% of the services booked may be required to secure future reservations. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and unknown ahead of time – if you have a genuine reason for being unable to reschedule or cancel within the policy requirements, please reach out as soon as possible to determine whether an exception can be made in your specific situation.
